Social emotional coaching is helpful for children, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with understanding their emotions, and how to navigate society. I use a mixture of evidence based and widely renowned resources in order to educate about emotions, coping skills, calming skills, self-worth, and more. All sessions including minors include parent support with each session in order to continue to build on the skills while at home. 

Trauma and resiliency coaching is appropriate for those who have been in therapy before and are just needing a refresher on their resiliency because they seem to have forgot exactly how incredible they are for surviving everything life has thrown their way. We review the skills you have already learned, help remind you of how far you have come, and help you find a solution for the current situations standing in your way. 

Are you just trying to figure out where it is that you fit in the world? Figuring out your purpose in life is next level difficult on your own, but even more so when you aren't even sure who you are. If you need some help figuring that out too, this is the spot for you! Determine your own wants, needs, and values. Then we take those to help you build up your purpose. 

Does your relationship need a refresher? Maybe you and your partner are just trying to redraw the framework of your relationship and the roles you each play? Do you just need someone to translate what the other person is telling you and teach you how to communicate on each other's levels?

Using the SYMBIS assessment, we can look at measurable areas of compatibility in most areas of your relationship to find targeted areas to build up and strengthen your connection. Megan is a SYMBIS certified facilitator. Please note, additional charges of $35 do apply for 2 sessions to complete the assessment. 

This service can be modified to fit the needs of the family. These sessions are primarily focused around exploring the behaviors of the kids and helping parents to learn and understand the new skills necessary to seamlessly move through challenging situations with their children. All parent coaching sessions teach skills most commonly found in gentle parenting, conscious discipline, and other evidence based social emotional methods to foster a secure attachment base.

This service is used for those who wish to incorporate tarot, oracle, pendulum, or runes into their individual coaching sessions in order to aid in processing and moving forward with their growth and development. 

This includes 7 1-hour psychoeducational sessions where the participant learns about the impact of trauma on the developing brain, attachment, and evidence based social emotional skills in order to parent from a new perspective. Included is a 1-hour consultation with Megan at the end in order to discuss how to apply the skills learned in your own home. This course is pre-recorded and available through Patreon beginning April 1, 2025.
